The first week of June every year we at the Grand Barn like to kick off the summer season with an all day barbeque and get together. For the newcomer it is a chance to meet most of the regulars at TGB and for our long standing members it is a chance to get together with old friends and catch up. Another summer season is upon us. Time to shed those clothes and let the nourishing rays of the sun re-energize us. And there is no better place to catch the sun, than in the place where freedom reigns, of course were talking about The Grand Barn.

Isn't incredible two count em two actual winters like they used to be. But enjoy them while you can, because that terrible global warming is coming, isn't it? hmmm those pundits have been awful silent these days, and they seem to have steered the campaign to a more ambiguous term now "Global Climate Change" less margin for misinterpretation there right? Oh well Fluffy white stuff is abounding up here at the grand barn, so any body up for a snow man building contest?

Though the fall seasons nights may be chilly, the days are still great for taking the sun, the beauty of it is, while the flower beds may be looking a bit droopy, the trees and the surrounding fauna take on a spectacular array of fall colours. This is a great time of the year to explore the back forty or take a stroll through the forrest. Yes the cooler days may be here but there is still plenty of time to relax and enjoy a day at the Grand Barn.

Every Year Eric volunteers his time for our yearly event "Scuba by the Pool". Eric a certified scuba instructor will give a brief summary and history of the various atricles and equipment used in scuba diving, the necessary safety precautions and physical requirements. Eric then leads into different dive scenario's and the equipment used. After this interactive question & answer period Eric will demonstrate how to suit up for a dive, at this time he will invite guests to participate and take a quick tour of duty around the pool. If you have ever been curious or interested in scuba diving and would like to find out more, then this is one weekend you will not want to miss. Look forward to seeing you Saturday August 02, 2008. This is our way to show full appreciation to all our supportive members and visitors by such a festive continuous day celebration as it gives a solid opportunity to meet the potential crowd of TGB in a very celebrating atmosphere. A good way to introduce yourself to the special friendly crowd and feeling of TGB. And certainly one enjoyable way to initiate a longer stay at TGB. Rain or shine,we're equipped! An all afternoon B-B-Q of chicken,sausages/wieners, hamburgers (regular or hot) will also be enhanced by good music on TGB's Upper Floor. Plenty of parking. Lily enjoyed another naked walk in Connecticut to a lake in a steep valley, which she shared with a snake and a dragonfly, and beavers who revealed their presence by marks on the trees. Lily also had a wild time dancing around some very rambunctious fire fountains, and in the gyrating beam of a flashlight. Then she was kind enough to help with some scraping and painting, activities for which nakedness is the best attire. Her travels in the U. S. continued with a visit to Niagara Falls and to a fascinating gathering in New York state. Finally we return to the night club where Monika got naked in a photo session. This time it’s Alex’s turn, as Monika takes pictures and gets him to strip. They go together to the main dance floor to play with balloons and have a wild time dancing with the crowd.
